What we store
Your email address, selected topics, confirmation status and consent timestamps. Addresses and private action tokens are encrypted in our subscription database on servers we control. We do not ask for a wallet address or import delegator lists.
Who handles delivery
FastAgents stores and manages the subscription list. easyMAIL relays each email and your mailbox provider receives it. Those providers process the recipient address and message. We do not sell or rent the list, or share it with advertisers, data brokers or a newsletter platform.
Unsubscribe and deletion
Unsubscribe stops future dispatch and deletes your active address, preferences, tokens and queued messages. Unconfirmed addresses expire after 24 hours. Encrypted recovery backups expire after 30 days. We keep a keyed opt-out record, not a readable email address, for one year and apply the latest deletion record before restoring an older list. Delivered email cannot be recalled. We do not send a cancellation email.
No hidden tracking
No open-tracking pixels, click tracking or stored visitor IPs in this subscription service. Temporary, keyed request counts protect signup against abuse. Email subscriptions do not change your Livepeer delegation.
